​Welcome to the St Kieran’s Primary School website. Our school community provides high quality inclusive Catholic education for children from Prep to Year 6 in a co-educational setting. We are proud of our caring, welcoming atmosphere which is reflected in our school motto – Strength through Caring.

Mission  We encourage students to have a growth mindset so that they achieve their potential and become life long learners.  Together we value the role each member of our school community plays.  Founded by the Canossian Sisters we continue to reflect their values​ by giving our best, having courage, doing the small things well, working as a team and never giving up.  We live our motto, "Strength Through Caring" so that our students become successful members of society.​​

National Walk Safely to School Dayhttp://www.stkieranbrighton.qld.edu.au/featured-news/Pages/Caritas-Project-Compassion-.aspxNational Walk Safely to School Day<p>St Kieran's Primary School students will join thousands from across the state to walk to school for National Walk Safely to School Day​ on Friday 20 May.<br></p><p>Principal Mr Ben Gray said "At St Kieran's we encourage all students, families and staff to stay active whenever possible and participating in National Walk Safely to School Day is a great way to promote this".<br></p><p>"If it is a little too far to walk to school from home, we encourage families to park their cars a bit further away and jump on board one of our two 'walking school buses' supervised by our teachers and walk the rest of the way as a group with their friends", Mr Gray said.<br></p><p>Now is it's 23rd, National Walk Safely to School Day is an annual event when all primary school children are encouraged to get their little legs moving and walk safely to school.<br></p><p>"It's all abut creating healthier, active and motivated students will promoting road safety awareness among students", Mr Gray said.<br></p><p style="text-align:center;"><img src="/featured-news/SiteAssets/Pages/Caritas-Project-Compassion-/Walk%20safely%20to%20school.JPG" alt="Walk safely to school.JPG" style="margin:5px;" /><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p>
