International Women's Day
Page Content
International Women's Day is a day that celebrates the achievements of women around the world and raises awareness of gender inequality.
On the 8th of March, we observe globally to recognise the advancements that women have made over time and to call attention to the issues that women continue to confront.
Most importantly, it is a day to honour and recognise the contributions and accomplishments that women have made and continue to make.
Principal Mr Ben Gay says "We at St Kieran's, recognise the outstanding contribution that women make to our school community every day".
"Not only do we have incredible women as members of staff who work alongside our students everyday, we are surrounded by amazing women who make a difference to the lives around them", he said
Happy International Women's Day
